Dig In Fitness was founded in 2015 by Marci Thear, MPH, CPT with the vision of helping clients dig deep into fitness, nutrition and their well-being. She incorporates a holistic approach to health and fitness that encompasses muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, nutrition education, stress management and lifestyle considerations. She empowers her clients to dig deeper into their wellness by incorporating nutrition and mind/body practices into their specifically formulated fitness plan. Her programs are based on evidence based research and promote real food, living mindfully and creating sustainable habits. “My role in improving my clients’ quality of life is that of an educator, motivator and designer of personalized fitness programs. Take your program to the next level by addressing what happens outside of the gym. There are options for everyone, one on one nutritional coaching or Healthy 56 an 8 week wellness program that will educate,motivate and get you the results you desire.
