Marci Thear has developed the Healthy 56 Wellness Program to educate, motivate and hold you accountable for making healthy habit changes. It is time to arm yourself with the knowledge to make healthy nutritious choices and work with a coach as your dig into the changes. The curriculum was developed to allow habit changes to occur and be maintained while bringing you to your optimum health, clearing any gut imbalances, including autoimmune issues, GERD, IBS and more. You can work one on one or in a group to dig into the curriculum. It is 56 days of wellness coaching, accountability and nutrition education.
